With just a few simple ingredients and a few minutes of your time you will have an excellent, delicious, and creamy coleslaw for everyone!

Equipment:

  • Medium bowl
  • Small bowl

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
  • Celery salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar: 2 and 1/2 tbsp
  • White vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Vegan mayo: 2/3 cup
  • Multicoloured coleslaw mix (cabbage): 8 or 9 cups

Directions:

  • Mix together all the ingredients except for the cabbage in one bowl
  • Place the cabbage in another bowl, pouring the mixture of other ingredients over top of it
  • Toss well before serving
