Carrot and Ginger Detox Soup

A low-fat, cleansing soup that’s actually good on the taste buds! Not only is this a flavourful dish, the raw ginger helps to cleanse and improve your digestive health.

Equipment:

  • Blender

Ingredients:

Soup:

  • Ginger: 1 Large pice
  • Avacado(optional): 1/2
  • Spring onion: 1 and 1/2
  • Carrots: 4 Medium
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
  • Miso paste: 2 Tsp
  • Sea salt: As desired

Drizzle:

  • Olive oil: 4 Tbsp
  • Salt: Just a pinch
  • Clinatro: As desired

Directions:

  • Mix  all soup ingredients in blender for a few minutes until well blended
  • Add any additional lemon, ginger, or salt to taste
  • In clean blender, mix drizzle ingredients. Drizzle onto soup

 

 Tip: Any extra drizzle you have can be saved in the fridge and used as a salad dressing!
