Carrot and Ginger Detox Soup

A low-fat, cleansing soup that’s actually good on the taste buds! Not only is this a flavourful dish, the raw ginger helps to cleanse and improve your digestive health.
Equipment:
- Blender
Ingredients:
Soup:
- Ginger: 1 Large pice
- Avacado(optional): 1/2
- Spring onion: 1 and 1/2
- Carrots: 4 Medium
- Water: 1 Cup
- Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
- Miso paste: 2 Tsp
- Sea salt: As desired
Drizzle:
- Olive oil: 4 Tbsp
- Salt: Just a pinch
- Clinatro: As desired
Directions:
- Mix all soup ingredients in blender for a few minutes until well blended
- Add any additional lemon, ginger, or salt to taste
- In clean blender, mix drizzle ingredients. Drizzle onto soup
Tip: Any extra drizzle you have can be saved in the fridge and used as a salad dressing!
