Hot ‘n Spicy Chickpea Snackers
We love these Chickpea Snackers for just about anything! In only 3 minutes prep time and 20 minutes cook time, you’ll be snacking in no time!
- Baking pan
- Cajun spice: 1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper: 1 Tsp
- Cooking oil: 2-4 Tbsp
- Chili powder: 1 Tbsp
- Can chickpeas (drained and rinsed): 1 can (15 oz)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Pour the cooking oil into the baking pan and add in the spices. Make sure to mix well
- Add in the chickpeas and mix until they are well covered with the oil
- Allow to cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring at around the halfway point
The Chickpea Snackers can be eaten either hot or cold. They’re a great alternative to chips or popcorn when you stay in for a movie night!
