Moist Zucchini Brownies



Moist Zucchini Brownies

No eggs, no butter, no milk! Moist Zucchini Brownies use superb ingredient replacements and are no less tasty for it! They may just be the most moist brownies you’ve tried!

Equipment:

  • Mixing bowl
  • 9 X 13 baking pan

Ingredients:

  • Sugar: 1 and 1/4 cups
  • Baking soda: 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla: 2 tsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
  • Apple sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Canola oil: 1/4 cup
  • Chopped walnuts: 1/2 cup
  • Zucchini, grated: 2 cups
  • Vegan chocolate chips: 1/2 cup

Directions:

  • Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and  cocoa powder in the mixing bowl, mixing well
  • Create a small depression in the middle of the batter and add in the apple sauce, vanilla, and oil. Mix well
  • Mix in the zucchini, walnuts, and chocolate chips, stirring well
  • Grease the baking pan and then pour in the batter. Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees Farenheit

 

We love these brownies with our Chocolate Vegan Frosting! Just remember to let the brownies cool for 10-15 minutes before icing!
