Nutty Cinnamon and Flax Granola Crunch

The perfect snack! Nutty Cinnamon and Flax Granola Crunch is a super healthy, super tasty recipe! We recommend this for anyone who is looking for a healthy snack to have on hand but who doesn’t have all day to make it.

Equipment:

  • Medium bowl
  • Baking sheet

Ingredients:

  • Flax seeds: 1/3 of a cup
  • Rolled oats: 2 and 1/2 cups
  • Agave nectar: 1/3-1/2 of a cup
  • Raisins: 1/2 of a cup
  • Almonds: 1/3 of a cup
  • Wheat germ (optional): 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon: 2- 3 tsp

 

Directions:

  • Allow oven to preheat to 300 degrees Farneheit
  • Mix all ingredients together except the raisins in the bowl
  • Spread out over the baking sheet
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, ensuring to stir every 5 minutes
  • Mix in the raisins

Store this granola in small zip lock bags to grab and go when you’re on the run!
