Tomato and Avocado Pasta Dish

It’s a gourmet pasta you can make quickly at home! And it’s a healthy choice too! Tomato and Avocado Pasta Dish is a hit with everyone who tries it.
Equipment:
- Cooking pot
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes (fresh and cubed): 2
- Garlic (minced): 3 cloves
- Avocado (cubed): 1
- Spaghetti: 1/2 lb
- Olive oil: 1/4 cup
- Dairy free parmesan cheese (optional): as desired
Directions:
- Allow pasta to cook as is suggested on the package
- Drain the pasta
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl to serve, and stir well
We also enjoy this pasta baked with extra cheese on top!
