Vegan Pecan Pie

Vegan Pecan Pie is the perfect dessert for the holidays! Everyone will be sure to love it, and most won’t even know it’s vegan!
Equipment:
- Cookie sheet
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
- Pecans: 1 cup
- Raw sugar: 1/2 cup
- Flour: 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla: 1 tsp
- Egg substitutes: 2
- Non dairy milk: 4 tbsp
- Vegan butter: 8 tbsp
- 9″ unbaked pie crust: 1
Directions:
- Allow oven to preheat to 375 degrees F while mixing all ingredients together
- Pour the mixture into the pie shell, then place it on the cookie sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes
- Lower the temperature to 275 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes
We love serving this pie with plain vanilla ice cream, or a caramel swirl!
