Vegan Pecan Pie

Vegan Pecan Pie is the perfect dessert for the holidays! Everyone will be sure to love it, and most won’t even know it’s vegan!

Equipment:

  • Cookie sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

  • Pecans: 1 cup
  • Raw sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla: 1 tsp
  • Egg substitutes: 2
  • Non dairy milk: 4 tbsp
  • Vegan butter: 8 tbsp
  • 9″ unbaked pie crust: 1

Directions:

  • Allow oven to preheat to 375 degrees F while mixing all ingredients together
  • Pour the mixture into the pie shell, then place it on the cookie sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes
  • Lower the temperature to 275 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes

 

We love serving this pie with plain vanilla ice cream, or a caramel swirl!
