Vegan Cinnamon Dessert Bread

Vegan Cinnamon Dessert Bread is a superb recipe that uses entirely vegan ingredients to yield a tasty loaf that will fool the non-vegan, non-believers! It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, and everyone will love the finished product!
Equipment:
- 9X5 inch baking pan
- Large mixing bowl
- Medium mixing bowl
- Small bowl
Ingredients:
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour: 2 cups
- Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Egg replacer: 1
- Sugar (divided): 1 and 1/3 cups
- Non dairy milk: 1 cup
- Vegan margarine: 1/4 of a cup
Directions:
- Allow oven to preheat to 350 degrees F and grease the baking pan. Set vinegar and milk aside in a small bowl together and allow them to curdle
- Mix together the egg replacer, 1 cup of the sugar, and the margarine in one bowl. Mix the baking powder, flour, salt, and baking soda in another mixing bowl
- Alternate adding the dry mixture to the margarine mixture with the curdled vinegar and milk. Mix the left over sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside
- Place about 1/3 of the batter into the baking pan, then sprinkle about 1/3 of the sugar and cinnamon over top. Repeat this for two layers
- Allow to bake for about 40-45 minutes, and let cool for for another 10 minutes
If you’d like to make this an even healthier recipe, you can swap out the all purpose flour for whole wheat flour!
