Vegan Sugar Cookies

Vegan Sugar Cookies only take about 15 minutes to prepare, and another 7 minutes to bake! They’re a great treat for the sweet-toothed vegan!
Equipment:
- Medium mixing bowl
- Small mixing bowl
- Cookie sheet
Ingredients:
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- Maple syrup: 1 tbsp
- Vanilla: 1 tbsp
- Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
- Flour: 1 1/2 cups
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Egg replacer: 1
- Cinnamon and sugar: to coat with
Directions:
- Allow the oven to preheat to 375 degrees and mix the dry ingredients together in the medium bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together in the small bowl, then stir the wet into the dry
- Use your hands to form a dough ball; it should stick together, otherwise add water
- Shape the dough into small balls and roll though the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spread the cookie balls evenly on the cookie sheet and allow to cook for about 7 minutes
These cookies can be customized for holidays by adding different coloured sprinkles on top half way through baking!
