Yeast-Free Pizza Crust



Yeast free pizza crust

Please even the non-vegan with this pizza crust! In just minutes you will have a healthy vegan pizza crust ready for all your favourite toppings.

Equipment:

  • One large mixing bowl

Ingredients:

  • Baking powder: 2 Tsp
  • Flour: 2 Cups
  •  Salt: 1-1  and 1/2 Tsp
  • Olive oil: 1/4 of a cup
  • Water: 2/3 of a cup
  • Rosemary: As desired

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
  • Use hands to kneed until dough no longer sticks to sides of bowl
  • Cover until ready to use

Experiment with different thicknesses of crust to acheive a crunchier or doughier pizza crust!
