The cookbook starts out by letting the reader know that vegan food can be, and is equal to “normal” food. The authors then go on to cleverly and clearly explain how to properly prepare different types of food in a way that even a beginner would easily follow. They have also included great icons that show helpful information, such as whether or not the meal can be prepared in less than 45 minutes, or if the recipe includes certain substitutes, and so on. The authors do an excellent job of writing in such a way that captures you and get you excited to go and try the recipes yourself.
Veganomican is full of great new ideas, and lays them out in a straightforward manner, unlike some other cookbooks that use complicated terminology or organization. It’s an awesome collection of recipes that are actually useful and taste as good as you might hope upon reading the names of the recipes! It’s obvious that the authors have lots of experience with vegan meals, and their preparation, and definitely give the reader confidence in knowing that their food is going to be wonderful.
